I had the entire apartment to myself and there were plenty of shops and good restaurants nearby.

The natural beauty of the area was not for me. I much prefer the comfort of air conditioning and room service.

The apartment is very spacious and is cleaned every day. The bathroom is stylish and the kitchen has almost everything you need, including a dish washer. The location is perfect: it's right in the middle of town and is set at one of the most quiet streets you will find in the center of Lisbon.

There is a coffee machine in the kitchen, but an electic kettle would also be nice for those who prefer tea.

I absolutely loved the hotel's decoration! It was so elegant and charming, with beautiful antique furniture and tasteful artwork. The general areas of the hotel were also very well-maintained and clean, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was. There were elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate to my room with my suitcase. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is clearer signage throughout the hotel. It would have been helpful to have signs indicating the direction to the various amenities and facilities.

Everything was very good, we spent here 4 wonderful nights. Staff was very responsive, assisted with everything. Appreciated the easy check-in too. Really enjoyed hypoallergenic pillows provided in advance. This place had a quiet atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring an iron elevator, that is set just a pleasant stroll away from the apartment. Plus it was so close to the Baixa.

Stayed here on a city break with a friend. Spacious apartment with modern decor and great storage. Impressive bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen. Excellent location near the waterfront, bars, and train stop. Quick and easy check-in with keyless system. Responsive host who solved any issues promptly. Comfortable self check-in and well-equipped rooms. No view, but trams conveniently pass by.

Everything here felt very easy, it was a fairly nice stay of one night. Kind staff made me feel so welcome. I was delighted about perfect check-in. Got ironing for nothing. Rooms here were equipped with master bedroom, a sofa bed, as for instance. The location was marvellous and I appreciated access to a waterside public plaza;)))

Design is fabulous, great facilities, staff is great (call if you have problems and they'll take care of it), room is cleaned everyday, always by the time you're off the room. Very convenient, superiur location - the best in downtown.

Bathroom's door is transparent, light train is sensed in the early morning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Lisbon. The property was much larger than expected, with plenty of space and storage. It had all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including two excellent air conditioning units and impressive bathroom facilities. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Lisbon, close to the waterfront, bars, and train stop. We were able to easily explore the different neighborhoods of this city on foot, as everything was within walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the key-less entry system worked great.

Nothing to dislike.

Superb location right up close to the centre with shops open until 10pm and access to all transport within 5 mins, and transport at e3.50 To airport within 10 mins excellently equiped in every way, superb interior.

Only missed a kettle for my tea and a saucepan for my pasta.

Great apartment, daily cleaning was excellent. Kitchen fully functional and clean. Great bathroom with large bath tub. Towels and bath mats provided and changed daily. Reception always responds to emails (best way to contact them). You get in / out with a key code they email you.

No real personal feel/interaction like in a hotel (I.E. no reception) but the plus points make this much better than an equivalntly priced hotel. No room safe.

Title: Great spot for young travelers

The only thing we would've loved is if the apartment had a party room or a rooftop bar for some epic pre-gaming before heading out to explore Lisbon's vibrant nightlife. That would've taken our stay to the next level!

With our kids (12 and 10) we had an nice stay. The apartment is spacey, clean and has a nice design. The masterbedroom has a nice bed. The equipment is good. Location is central.

Parking is a problem, there is no parking for € 18/day but much more expensive. Nearby the apartment: € 38 / day. The sofabed is good but to small. The traffic in the street is heavy (many buses). There is a good isolation but still you can hear the traffic. It is not very loud, but when you are sensitive for this, do not go to the apartment.

Proximity to the city centre and the necessary facilities.

Bit of noise from outside which may disturb your sleep but may not be avoidable due to its location (in the city)
